Steam Bent 'Onion' Lamp

150.00

Hand crafted and Steam Bent Beech lampshade handmade in our workshop in Sheffield. As created for and featured on the BBC1 TV Program ‘Money For Nothing’ where Ollie is an Artisan maker and completes exciting and unusual projects using reclaimed materials. The inspiration behind these lamps comes from the original materials used, reclaimed slatted blinds. The thin materials allow flexibility but needed a designer edge so I steam bent them to create this lovely curved organic ‘Onion' shaped’ lampshade as the presenter Sarah Moore likes to call them!

We can make these to order in different materials and stained a choice of colours, with a choice of colour for cable. Comes with antique effect pendant, filament bulb, 3m of fabric cable in Red or Grey as standard and White ceiling Rose supplied loose to wire into you ceiling fitting. (We advise using an electrician to wire this in for you and accept no liability for this installation.)
